Online Banking and the mobile apps have been updated to reflect our simplified name and to incorporate some accessibility and user experience improvements.

When logging in for the first time, you may be asked to reauthenticate your device using Multi Factor Authentication. 

MFA is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify your identity for a login.

To get started, go to the login area of the website or open the mobile app and follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in with your username and password.
  • Step 2: Select how you would like to receive your Secure Access Code. This can be text, phone, or email. (If you do not see your preferred contact method in the options, just give us a call and we can help set that up for you.)
  • Step 3: Once you receive your code, enter it in the field and click submit.
  • Step 4: Select to register the device you are using to skip this process next time. (Only recommended for your personal, private devices.)
